    First President of the Supreme Court with a delegation took part in a Polish-Italian conference on the legal aspects of surrogacy

    ​On 9 April 2026, a conference on the legal aspects of surrogacy, attended by Polish and Italian academics, was held at the European University in Rome. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Poland was represented by First President of the Supreme Court, dr hab. Małgorzata Manowska, Supreme Court Judge, dr hab. Joanna Lemańska, and Supreme Court Judge, dr hab. Aleksander Stępkowski, all of whom delivered lectures, as well as Chief of the Chancellery of the First President of the Supreme Court, dr Anna Guzik. The conference was organised by the European University of Rome in cooperation with the Rosario Livatino Study Centre.

    Visit of the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania with a delegation to Poland

    ​On 18–20 March 2026, at the invitation of the First President of the Supreme Court, dr hab. Małgorzata Manowska, the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania and President of the Administrative Chamber, dr Sokol Sadushi, paid a visit to Warsaw. He was accompanied by a delegation which included the Vice-President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania and President of the Criminal Chamber, dr Ilir Panda; the Judge and President of the Civil Chamber, Artur Kalaja; and the Adviser to the President of the Supreme Court, Bjorka Duka.

    General Assembly of Judges of the Supreme Court – information for the media

    ​In response to questions from media representatives, we inform that on 27 February 2026, after the conclusion of the General Assembly of Judges of the Supreme Court (beginning at 8:00 a.m.), a press conference of the Spokesman of the Supreme Court, dr. hab. Igor Zgoliński, is scheduled to be held in the main hall of the Supreme Court.
